Mupi Systems LTDA ("we", "our" or "Mupi Systems") operates the eAgenda, Awaitra, Atende Aqui, eQualifica, eTalentos, Textualiza, Minha Sala Virtual, SIG Virtual, and Termatica platforms. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information across all our services.

1. Data We Collect

We collect different types of information to provide and improve our services:

Date of birth
Company data (for corporate accounts)
Tax ID (when required by the platform)

2. How We Use Your Data

3. Storage and Security

The group's platforms run on cloud providers with ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications. Mupi Systems' internal practices are aligned with these standards. Data is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

We retain your registration data for up to 5 years after account cancellation, as required by law. International data transfers, when necessary, are carried out in compliance with the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) and applicable international regulations.

We implement automated backups with a 5-minute RPO and 4-hour RTO, ensuring the availability and integrity of your data.

4. Your Rights

Under Article 18 of the LGPD, data subjects may request:

confirmation that processing takes place;
access to their data;
correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the LGPD;
data portability;
deletion of data processed on the basis of consent;
information about the entities with which the data has been shared;
information about the possibility of withholding consent and its consequences;
withdrawal of consent.

Requests can be sent to the Data Protection Officer at dpo@mupisystems.com.br. Data subjects may also file a petition with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

5. Data Sharing

We may share your data with:

Infrastructure and hosting providers (sub-processors)
Payment partners for transaction processing

Essential service providers for platform operations

All third parties with whom we share data are bound by contracts with personal data protection clauses.

We use cookies and similar technologies on this website and our platforms. They are divided into two categories:

Required for the website's operation and security. They cannot be disabled as they ensure basic functionalities such as navigation, authentication, and access to secure areas.

7. Platforms and Mobile Applications

Some of our platforms have mobile applications (such as Awaitra Totem for Android) that may collect additional data in a manner configurable by the administrator. These applications operate in kiosk mode with access restrictions and do not use geolocation tracking without consent.

8. Complementary Policies by Product

This policy applies to the entire Mupi Systems group. Each product has a complementary policy with its specific processing rules, including the controller and processor roles, sub-processors and storage location. In case of conflict, the provision most protective of the data subject prevails.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via registered email, platform notice, or publication on our website.

11. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

The Data Protection Officer (Encarregado) of the Mupi Systems group is Lucas Gurgel Praxedes, who can be reached at dpo@mupisystems.com.br, pursuant to Article 41 of Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD). The DPO serves all of the group's products.
